James Campbell Andrew has kindly written a utility program for managing the Roms.cfg file. Using this program, you can easily select which ROM's you want to appear in your sideways ROM sockets for each of the supported BBC Model configurations. It is so much easier to use than hand editing the Roms.cfg file using a text editor. You can download the program here (568KB). The zip file also includes full source code and a readme file containing further instructions.
